Home and School Association membership registrations will begin shortly for the 2025-2026 school year.
A Home and School membership is valid for one household (civic address) for one school year (September to the following August). If you have children at both campuses, only one membership is required, as we share the same Home and School Association.

2. PAPER FORM
Print the PDF file (click on MEMBERSHIP FORM button below) and fill in the required membership information. Place the form along with cash or a cheque (made out to Westwood Home and School) in an envelope labelled Home and School and send it in with your child. It can be given to their homeroom teacher. Alternatively, you can send in the form as stated above and then make a payment via e-transfer to [email protected] if you prefer to not send cash or a cheque.
