Westwood High School Craft Fair Application Form
In order to submit your application to participate to Westwood High School Holiday Craft Fair, on 2800 rue du Bordelais in St-Lazare on November 30th, 9h30 am to 4 pm, please read the following information, than fill out all mandatory fields.
Here is the sequence of events:
1) All merchants will submit their application from now until August 2019;
2) The Westwood Home and School Craft Fair Committee will select* merchants from the applications received;
3) Merchants will receive the next communication end of August 2019:
a) Merchants who were selected, will have to complete their final confirmation and payment;
b) Merchants who were not selected will be added on the waiting list per category.
ATTENTION - PRICE POLICY TO BE VALIDATED
- You will have the choice to provide a product for the raffle or not , therefore, the table rental prices will depend on a couple of criteria:
. One table (7' x 3.5' approx.): 50$ or Two tables (corner with two 7' x 3.5' approx.): 100$
. Discount of 10$ if a raffle prize of a 20$ retail value will be given, per table (a description and/or picture will be required at registration confirmation)
More information:
- Two different merchants (selling different products) cannot share a table. You can have a helper at your table, this did not change.
- There will not be any Subway trios available to order, instead, you have the choice to: pack a lunch or order from the Westwood Café (students will go around to take your orders).
- As usual, student volunteers will be there to help you unload your car to set-up and reload your car after take down.
- Special requests to be close or far from another merchant may not be possible.
- Merchants are responsible for their own decorations.
- We will do everything possible to ensure wifi booster is installed in the gym for your convenience.
