November 25th (and maybe 26th) 2017 Westwood Craft Fair Application Form
In order to participate to Westwood Holiday Craft Fair November 25th 2017, please read the following information, than fill out all mandatory fields BEFORE August 11th 2017.
How will it work this year? We are planning, for our 16th Edition, to hold the Craft Fair during the whole weekend like 2016. Before we confirm, we will ask you if you are willing to participate to the 2 days as well. It will be part of the questionnaire below.
Here is the sequence of events:
1) All crafters and vendors will submit their application from now until August 11th;
2) The Westwood Home and School Craft Fair Committee will select* crafters/vendors from the applications received;
3) Selected crafters and vendors will receive the next communication end of August 2017; We will confirm at this time if the event will be held for the whole weekend or not.
ATTENTION - PRICE POLICY CHANGED
- You will have the choice to provide a product for the raffle or not this year, therefore, the table rental prices will depend on a couple of criteria:
.One day event (Saturday: 10 am to 6 pm*): single table: 40$; double table: 75$
.Two day event (Saturday and Sunday: 10 am to 3 pm*): single table: 70$; double table: 140$ (If majority of participants selected are interested in a 2 day event)
. Discount of 15$ if a raffle prize will be given (a description and/or picture will be required at registration confirmation)
* Tentatively - needs School Principal's approval in August
More information:
- Two different crafters or vendors (selling different products) cannot share a table. You can have a helper at your table, this did not change.
- There will not be any Subway trios available to order this year, instead, you have the choice to: pack a lunch or order from the Westwood Café (students will go around to take your orders).
*Here are some of the selection criteria: Quality of the products, Product prices, Originality, Past experience with the Crafter/Vendor, Proximity with the Community, Social media networking, Parent/Student of the school (past and present), ...
